Simplifying Life

I have decided to simplify my life a little bit. SO....I decided to dye my hair as close to my roots as possible so that I won't have to dye it anymore. With having kids and getting older my hair has definitely grown in MUCH darker than it use to be. It's so crazy because when I look at pictures from HS before I ever dyed my hair, it is BLONDE. So, I am blaming it on my kids ;). Anyways, not the greatest picture but I am so sick of dying my hair and having regrowth...so I just did it. I actually really like it though. I don't think this picture does it justice, but who cares!!! As long as I know it's Beautiful. lol

I like it! I've tried REEEALLY hard to not start dying my hair...it's tempting 'cause sometimes you just need to change things up with your hair. Hopefully you can stay away from the "temptation"! LOL :)

I remember your really BLONDE hair! I am trying to ween myself off color so that when we get into med school, aka too poor! I can survive without nasty regrowth. Back to my roots, literally!

So i like your hair, ive been wanting go back natural but everyone i talk to says not to. they all think i look better with crazy funky hair. So whatever. ill keep it this way, and it isnt so much of a burden to do my own hair as for some that has to go to a salon, or wait for someone else to do it.

youve lost 7lbs, Wooo hoo. it feels good huh??
ive havent excer. for 3 weeks now. i dont know what my deal is. So i started back up today, with eating better and all that jazz. FUN FUN!! i have been the laziest ever, eating whatever, thank heaven i havent gained to much. So ya, how are feeling? i hope your doing good.

Totally understand about the hair changing color after having kids. I use to be really blond..after my first it became darker..with my secound more strawberry red..and after my third even more redish blond brown..not sure what to call it. Crazy how having a kid will change your body especially your hair. But I like the color you did it looks great!

yay! I like it a lot!! So how are things going with you? It sounds like you have had an interesting last couple of months. Amanda had told me and then I had read about your miscarriage. I am so sorry that it didn't work out. There is always another time and don't worry about the gap. ENJOY THE GAP! I know that three years gap between hailey and this next one is a blessing! anyway tell me the next time you come to thatcher so we can have lunch..that is always fun!

it's a good color...i have thought about doing the same thing....but it's hard to let go of the blond because a lot of my family keep telling me they like it better that way....i have been through a lot of colors too (in the past). i am honestly not sure what my natural color would be and i'm kind of scared to find out. if it looks as good as yours maybe i'll just do it...some day.
PS:sorry to hear about what happened but i know you have a strong testimony and you know that the Lord has a plan greater than we can understand at this point in time. take care.

Way mature and pretty. I have done that too and then I have an ugly or bored day and I got out and highlight my hair again!

i think i like it better dark! Simplifying with kids is sometimes a must. I cut 10 inches off my hair because it was just impossible to do with the boys. I miss it, but don't miss doing it!
